- Businesses of any age and any size can enter.
- My business is only small. How can I compete with the bigger companies?
- Every business is on a level playing field. The awards are based on customer satisfaction so as long as you keep your customers happy it doesn’t matter what size your business is.
- Why do I need to pay?
- We apply an administration fee to cover costs of preparation and to contribute toward the cost of judging. Our organisation is entirely self-funded so the administration fee allows us to continue to help businesses get the recognition they deserve.
- Ok I have applied. What happens now?
- We will call your references over the period of the next few weeks and ask them a series of questions based on their experiences with your business. After the judging is done we will contact you with your results.
